Heather Keathley has a background in systems and industrial engineering and received her BS in Systems Engineering from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and MS in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech. She recently completed a dual doctoral degree with Grado Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering at Virginia Tech and the Department of Economics, Management, and Leadership at the Royal Military Academy in Belgium in 2016. Her research is in Management Systems Engineering with a focus on organizational change and transformation.
Last Saturday, 12 Peruvian engineering students visited UCF for the first time, for their commencement. In a first-of-its-kind international partnership between UCF and Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola in Lima, 5 women and 7 men became the program’s inaugural graduating class in industrial engineering, with all of the courses happening in their home country. #ChargeOn #UCFgrad
Dr. Hani Mohammad Aburas (Ph.D, 2002. MS, 1999) has served as the Mayor of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia since 2010. In 2015, he was awarded the title of Professor at King Abdul Aziz University in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
Mr. Kevin Cochie (MS, 2005. BS, 1994) currently serves as Vice President for Washington Operations and Special Programs, NAMMO, a global ammunition and rocket motor corporation from the Kingdom of Norway.
